In an effort to provide major libraries with publications on a regular basis, we have created a BLANKET STANDING ORDER, which is now provided to a large number of public and university libraries.

A Blanket Standing Order consists of "all future publications of the Council of Europe (published by the Council itself) belonging to Catalogue Sections:

NOTE 1: Not included in Blanket Standing Order: European Pharmacopoeia publications; "Audiovisual Products and CD ROMs".

NOTE 2: Only titles published directly by the Council (plus the above mentioned European Court of Human Rights, which is published under the auspices of the Council of Europe) are supplied.
